Terms of Service

The short version.
Play the game, have fun, don't break it or resell it. Coins are decorations, not money. The game is offered as-is, it costs nothing, and it stores nothing about you. Nothing below takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and BOBOSPINPARTY ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Bobo Spin Party (the "Game") and this website.
By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or play the Game.
If you are a minor, you should read these Terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
This licence does not let you:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, lease or otherwise distribute the Game
- Copy or mirror the Game outside the official app stores
- Use the Game or its assets in a commercial product or service
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
3. Virtual coins and items
Coins, badges, fairground attractions and every other in-game item are a licensed part of the Game, not property and not currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money or goods, and cannot be transferred, sold or traded outside the Game.
The current version of the Game contains no in-app purchases. All coins are earned by playing.
We may adjust the balance of the Game — payout rates, level costs, unlock thresholds — as part of normal game tuning. Your progress is stored only on your device, so it is yours to keep for as long as the app is installed; see the Privacy Policy for how to erase it.
The Game is a game of chance for entertainment only. It is not gambling: no real money can be wagered, staked, won or withdrawn, and no outcome carries any real-world value.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
- Modify the Game, its save data or its memory to gain an advantage, or use cheats, bots, mods or automation tools
- Attempt to interfere with, disable or overload the Game or the systems of any app store distributing it
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
- Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with us
Because the Game has no accounts and no online services, there is no multiplayer conduct to moderate — but modified builds may behave unpredictably and are not supported.
5. Ownership and intellectual property
The Game and everything in it — including the character Bobo, the artwork, the user interface, the game designs, the audio, the text and the software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you believe something in the Game infringes your rights, contact us at the address in section 13 with details and we will investigate.
6. Updates and availability
We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions or particular devices and operating systems. We may also discontinue the Game entirely.
Because the Game runs entirely on your device, an installed copy will keep working as long as your device supports it, even if we stop publishing updates.
7. Privacy
The Game collects no personal data. All progress is stored locally on your device and never transmitted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that it will meet your expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and you keep any statutory consumer guarantees your local law gives you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
Because the Game is supplied free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the Game (which is zero) or USD 10.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game.
We may terminate the licence granted in section 2 if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the Game. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BOBOSPINPARTY is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
