Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

We don't collect anything.

Bobo Spin Party has no servers, no accounts and no analytics. Your coins, levels and badges live in your device's local storage and never leave it. There is nothing for us to see, sell or lose. The one exception is an email you send us yourself — and that is only ever used to write back.

1. Who this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how BOBOSPINPARTY ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Bobo Spin Party (the "Game") and this website.

It applies to everyone who downloads or plays the Game, in any country, at any age. Because the Game does not collect personal data, the same rules apply to every player without exception.

2. Data we collect

Nothing. The Game collects no personal data at all.

The only situation in which we ever receive information about you is when you decide to email us yourself — covered in section 4.

Specifically, the Game does not collect, transmit, or receive:

The Game makes no network requests for the purpose of collecting information. It is fully playable in airplane mode.

3. What's stored on your device

To remember where you left off, the Game saves a small amount of gameplay state locally on your device, using the operating system's standard local storage for apps. This includes:

This data never leaves your device. We cannot read it, and it is not backed up to any server we control. If your platform performs its own device backup (for example iCloud or Android Backup), that backup is governed by your platform's privacy policy, not ours.

4. Information you choose to send us

The Game itself has no contact form, no feedback button and no way to send us anything. But this website lists an email address, and if you write to us of your own accord we will inevitably receive whatever you put in that message — typically your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you tell us about your device or the problem you hit.

We use that information for one purpose only: to answer you.

We do not add your address to a mailing list, use it for marketing, share it with anyone, or connect it to anything you did inside the Game — we have no way to do that last one, because your gameplay data never leaves your device.

Retention. Support threads are kept only as long as they are useful for handling your request and any follow-up, and are deleted after that. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time and we will.

5. What we do not do

Stated plainly, so there is no ambiguity. We do not:

These are not policy preferences that could quietly change in a future patch. The Game ships with no code capable of doing any of them; adding such code would require a new version and an updated policy published beforehand.

6. Third parties and ads

The Game contains no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no attribution SDKs, no social login, and no third-party trackers of any kind. No data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act or comparable laws. We have never done so and have no mechanism to do so.

7. Device permissions

The Game requests no runtime permissions. It does not ask for location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone, notifications or tracking consent, because it uses none of them.

8. Purchases

The current version of the Game contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. All coins are earned through play.

If a future version introduces purchases, those transactions would be handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, and this policy would be updated before that version ships.

9. Children

The Game is suitable for players of all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting nothing at all.

There is no chat, no user-generated content, no social features and no way for players to contact one another inside the Game.

10. Your rights and choices

Privacy laws including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil's LGPD and similar frameworks give you rights to access, correct, delete, port and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it.

The Game holds no personal data about you, so in almost every case there is nothing for us to produce, correct, export or erase on request. You retain full and direct control over the only copy of your gameplay data — the one on your device; section 12 explains how to erase it.

The single exception is any email you have sent us (see section 4). You may ask us for a copy of that correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so. Just write to the address in section 15 — no account or identity verification is possible or required, since the email itself is the only record we hold.

11. International users

The Game is available worldwide and behaves identically everywhere. Because it stores everything locally and transmits nothing, there is no cross-border transfer of your gameplay data to assess — the data simply stays on the device in your hand, in whatever country that device happens to be.

If you email us, that message travels to our email provider and may be stored on servers outside your country. That is the only international transfer this policy involves, and it happens only because you chose to write to us.

12. Deleting your data

You can erase all locally stored game data at any time, in two ways:

Both actions are irreversible. There is no cloud copy to restore from.

13. Security

The strongest security measure available is not to hold data at all, and that is the approach we have taken. Your gameplay data is protected by your device's own operating system sandbox and whatever device lock you have set.

Since no data is transmitted, there is no transmission to intercept and no database of ours that could be breached.

14. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the Game handles data — for example by adding cloud saves, analytics, advertising or accounts — we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above before releasing that version, and we will describe plainly what changed.

We recommend reviewing this page occasionally. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
